Where it is recommended that you carefully wash stuffed animals, our plush toys are considered machine washable. For specific care instructions, please refer to the care label on each plush toy.
We offer a 100% happiness guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, return the product within 30 days for a full refund.
We keep our prices low so that shipping costs are not an issue. Shipping goes from $3.99 to $7.99 based on weight. If you spend over $50 shipping is free. $50 is equal to approximately 4 plushies.
As with many global products, to keep our prices down, Snuggie Buggies are primarily manufactured oversees in Asia. We are working to bring manufacturing closer to home and expect to add Mexico tour our manufacturing team.
